Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Project Manager to join our excellent team in our headquarter in Tel Aviv.
Role:
Our Israeli office is looking for an individual seeking a challenging position in a fast growing market, managing the successful fulfillments of customer projects, cutting edge technology, product launches and on-going customer support.
As a Project Manager, you will engage with our experienced staff to design, develop and manufacture innovative electronic products to meet our customer’s needs and drive continuous improvement to our company processes and achievements. In this role, you will:

Work with cross functional international teams for successful execution plans.

Demonstrate ability to manage and support multiple project related activities of your assigned customers – prioritising, planning and delegating tasks.

Manage effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Track and monitor project execution to make sure customer requirements are met.

Participate in Pre-Sale activities.
Basic Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, civil), economics or business management from a known institute.

3+ Years of experience in project management, during entire project life cycle
-
Experience in working with customers
-
Fluent in English - speaking, writing, reading
-
Willingness to travel abroad frequently (in non covid period)
Preferred Qualifications:

Technical orientation and familiarity with the design and development of high-profile electronic products

Great ability to influence others, facilitate decision making processes with different interests

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working with China
-
Proven business judgment, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
