Tadiran Batteries designs, develops, manufactures, and markets lithium batteries for industrial applications. The company’s lithium thionyl chloride cells are powerful, reliable, lead-free, and RoHS and WEEE compliant. Able to last over 40 years under challenging conditions, Tadiran’s standard lithium batteries and custom battery packs are suitable for remote locations and challenging environmental conditions.
The company’s batteries stand in contrast to consumer-grade rechargeable Li-ion batteries, which simply cannot handle the rigors of industrial-grade applications due to their limited operating life and inability to handle extreme temperatures and high pulse requirements.
